April has been coming in swift and cold. Lucky for us, we got to start off the first day of April at the Noguchi Museum!
We also had a trip to the Alley Pond Environmental Center.
On the first day, students were told that we want to make a variety of different tasting apple sauces - sweet, sour/tart, sweet & sour, sweet and a little sour, sour and a little sweet.
We know that red apples are sweet and green apples are sour (tart).
What would a sweet apple box look like? Sour? Sweet and sour? Sweet and a little sour? Sour and a little sweet?
